If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

We encourage customers to contact us first in many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly without the need for a return.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

5. Return Shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet our return conditions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
